Casina Rossa Stuffed Hot Cherry Peppers

Nicola's own family-grown cherry peppers are stuffed with a pate blend of garden vegetables, olives, tuna, anchovy, capers, and herbs to create a spicy, rich "meal in a pepper". A delicious accent to a fresh steak, they also go well in combination with full-flavor cheeses or to accentuate Caesar salads.
